1.About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of pawinjoy.com (the "Site") and any order you place with us. The Site is operated by Hong Kong Xia Tusheng Trading Co., Limited ("Paw in Joy", "we", "us").

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

2.Who Can Order

You need to be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you've chosen.

3.Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and handmade or natural-material items vary slightly from piece to piece — that's part of how they're made, not a fault.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always email you first.

4.Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if we can't verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud or resale.

5.Personalized Items

For personalized pieces, you email us your pet's name — and for portrait items, a photo of your pet — after ordering.

• Please double-check spelling. We engrave, print, or embroider exactly what you send us. We can't remake an item for free because of a spelling mistake in what was submitted.
• By sending us a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it.
• Personalized items can't be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
• We may decline any request for wording we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing someone else's rights.

6.Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery times, costs, and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7.Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that's being used to break these Terms.

8.Acceptable Use

Please don't use the Site to break the law, to send spam or malware, to scrape or copy the Site at scale, to interfere with how it works, or to harass anyone. We may restrict access if you do.

9.Reviews & Content You Submit

If you post a review, photo, or comment, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to display it on the Site and in our marketing. Please only post content you created and that's honest and lawful. We may remove content that isn't.

10.Disclaimers

Our products are pet accessories, not safety or medical equipment. Please supervise your pet, check fit regularly, and remove any item that looks worn or damaged. Collars, harnesses, and leads should never be left on an unsupervised pet.

The Site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for content on websites we link to.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country — including the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, Canadian consumer legislation, and applicable US state law. Where those laws give you guarantees that can't be excluded, they apply on top of these Terms.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits or lost opportunities. Again, this doesn't affect rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when we last made a change.
